 * It's accepted WEEKS WHICH OCCUPY A SPACE OF TWO WEEKS, only throughout Low season. Supplementary Night, in this case, at 46-48€.

The consumption of the water and the electricity, WI-FI connection, Parabolic Anthenna (Astra), every taxes and expenses included.
About the PRICE & OCCUPANCY:
- The accomodation es great for 2 people, and we think of these por these for this tariff.
- Beyond that, for a third adult (with a couple) or 1-2 children (<16 years old) is applied a supplement of 8€/night (2 children = 12€).
.- Il ne serait pas juste pour les couples de partager le même prix, étant donné que plus d'occupation suppose plus de coûts,
avec l'usage de draps, serviettes (nettoyage-repassage à faire), consommations....
Sont acceptées jusqu’à 4 personnes, parce qu’il y a 2 couchages sur 2 pièces, mais on pense plus à un couple qui veut être avec ses enfants qu’à 4 adultes. For 4 adults we recommend a larger flat, since the excellence of the comfort required remains at the limit.
* WINTER: .- To avoid any waste/abuse of the usage of the heating and not to apply fixed indiscriminated expenses:
it'll be adjusted a supplement beyond 21€/week (15€/5 days) of consumption, to regulate at the end of stay, according to exceeded consumption.
.- It will be made the reading of the meter (always available), at the beginning and departure of the occupation of stay.
.- The tariffs to be applied: 1 kWh of rush hour = 0’18€, and 1 kWh of low hour (1'15h-7h et 12’34-14’34h) = 0’14€,
according to established prices (taxes including) by EDF (ELECTRICITY of FRANCE)

* Guarantee Bond: 250€ at the beginning of the occupation, which is handed back at the end of stay, if there are not defects.

In the delivery of keys, it's signed a CONTRACT where it's accredited the state of the flat and of its equipment,
with terms accepted of duration and price of the accommodation. This contract is sent before for its reading and approval,
by e-mail or/and mail, to agree if everything it's alright. If it’s preferred, after, sent signed by mail.

 * THE BOOKING PROCESS:
1. - ORDER CONFIRMATION by e-mail with the address, to include it in the CONTRACT (equipment - conditions),
2. - The DEPOSIT or PLEDGE (30 % of the rent), by wire transfer, must arrive as soon as possible after the e-mail or phone call,
so that the flat is blocked firmly for you. The rest, the remaining sum payment quantity, by bank transfer before arrival, or cash payment.
3. - RECEPTION in the Apartment by the owner, with keys delivery.

In legal terms, the deposit does not definitely bind the owner and the tenant. In case of cancellation:
.- By the tenant: The deposit is retained by the owner and the tenant can not claim it.
                                        .- By the owner, this one will have to refund twice the amount claimed to the tenant. (Article 1590 of the Civil Code).
