* La consommation de l'eau et l'électricité, le parking privé exclusif, tous les taxes et charges comprises.
* Guarantee Bond: 250€ at the beginning of the occupation, which is handed back at the end of stay, if there are not defects.

* La réserve est ferme depuis qu'il est transféré (ou envoyé le chèque),
30% du montant du loyer -les Arrhes-. Le reste sera réglé par chèque ou en espèces, le jour de l'arrivée.
