About the TARIFF & OCCUPATION:
- The flat is suitable for two people, and it's thought of them for the tariff settled.
* Tarifs de Location, par Semaine (sept nuitées) = Arrivées, le samedi, autour 13-14h.; départs, le samedi, avant 11h.
The consumption of the water and the electricity, WI-FI connection ((fibre optique plus Orange -2 Gbit/s-),
** + Taxe Séjour : 2'5€/personne, jour INCLUS.
** + Frais Ménage: 55€/séjour, with:
* Sont fournis les draps, les couvertures et le dessus-de-lit, avec les protège matelas & traversins & oreillers.. 
* Deux serviettes de bain et de main, minimum, pour chacun. Tapis de bain, des torchons et papier de toilette & de cuisine pour démarrer.

* Guarantee Bond: 250€ at the beginning of the occupation, which is handed back at the end of stay, if there are not defects.

In the delivery of keys, it's signed a CONTRACT where it's accredited the state of the flat and of its equipment,
with terms accepted of duration and price of the accommodation. This contract is sent before for its reading and approval,
by e-mail or/and mail, to agree if everything it's alright. If it’s preferred, after, sent signed by mail.

 * THE BOOKING PROCESS:
1. - ORDER CONFIRMATION by e-mail with the address, to include it in the CONTRACT (equipment - conditions),
2. - The DEPOSIT or PLEDGE (30 % of the rent), by wire transfer, must arrive as soon as possible after the e-mail or phone call,
so that the flat is blocked firmly for you. The rest, the remaining sum payment quantity, by bank transfer before arrival, or cash payment.
3. - RECEPTION in the Apartment by the owner, with keys delivery.

In legal terms, the deposit does not definitely bind the owner and the tenant. In case of cancellation:
.- By the tenant: The deposit is retained by the owner and the tenant can not claim it.
                                        .- By the owner, this one will have to refund twice the amount claimed to the tenant. (Article 1590 of the Civil Code).
